April 19 - Scranton CHARLES L. CONSAGRA is a partner of law firm of Needle, Goldenziel and Pascale, P.C., where he specializes in the field of administrative law with primary specialty in the areas of workers' compensation, Social Security and unemployment compensation. He has published several articles in the area of workers' compensation, Social Security and ethics, as well as presenting seminars for National Business Institute and to the Department of Public Welfare Disability Advocates Personnel. Since 1978, Mr. Consagra has been a part-time faculty member at Keystone College as an instructor in the areas of education, behavioral sciences, criminal justice and business law. Mr. Consagra is also an instructor in business for graduate students through Marywood University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton, his Master of Divinity degree and a Master of Science degree from Marywood University. JOHN C. April 29 - Harrisburg CAROLYN M. ANNER is a partner with the Harrisburg law firm of Handler, Henning & Rosenberg (formerly Handler and Weiner), where she practices in workers' compensation, Social Security and disability claims and the area of personal injury. Ms. Anner is a registered nurse and is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She also is a licensed member of the New York Bar. Ms. Anner earned her B.S.N. degree from Molloy College, her M.B.A. degree, with a concentration in hospital and health care administration, from Adelphi University and her J.D. degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law Center of Touro College. Ms. Anner is a frequent lecturer at various Social Security and workers' compensation seminars. ANNE L. COOPER is an attorney with Devine Law Offices, LLC, where she practices primarily in the areas of family law, Social Security Disability, and wills and estates. She earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from Shippensburg University. She first worked for the Lancaster County Children & Youth Agency, investigating child abuse reports and subsequently became involved with adolescents. Ms. Cooper earned her J.D. degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. Following graduation, she worked as a law clerk for Hon. Ronald L. Buckwalter, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, then served as a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County. Since 1985, Ms. Cooper has been in private practice. Prior to joining Devine Law Offices, LLC, she was a shareholder in the firm of Geisenberger & Cooper, P.C. for 15 years. She also served as an assistant district attorney in Lancaster County for eight years prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases, including a first degree murder case. LESLIE has worked as a vocational expert under contract with the Social Security Administration since 1999. During this time he has attended over 4,000 hearings. He is the president of Leslie Vocational Consulting, Inc., which provides vocational rehabilitation services and vocational expert testimony work in workers' compensation, long-term disability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury and marital law cases. He has completed post graduate courses in forensic rehabilitation through Minnesota State University. He also is a graduate of Millersville University and Central Michigan University. Mr. Leslie holds diplomate status with the American Board of Vocational Experts and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.
