ALEXIS BERG-TOWNSEND is an attorney in the office of George A. Berg & Associates. She represents claimants for Social Security disability, SSI, and workers' compensation for injured workers. Ms. Berg-Townsend received her B.C.J. degree from Tiffin University and her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the LeHigh County (member, Social Security Committee and Workers' Compensation Committee) and Pennsylvania (member, Worker's Compensation Section Committee) bar associations. JEFFRY L. GILBERT is a sole practitioner in Allentown that has successfully represented numerous Social Security disability claimants in both administrative and federal court proceedings. He manages a large Social Security practice and has appeared on television programs and at seminars sponsored by the Bar Association of LeHigh County to discuss Social Security disability issues. Mr. Gilbert also teaches a paralegal course on Social Security disability practice as an adjunct professor at LeHigh County Community College. He is a sustaining member of NOSSCR and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and The Florida Bar. Mr. Gilbert received his A.B. degree from Muhlenberg College and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami, Florida School of Law. JEFFREY L. GREENWALD is a sole practitioner in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts (inactive in Massachusetts) Mr. Greenwald is admitted to practice for the U.S. District Courts, for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals - 3rd Circuit. His practice areas include Social Security disability, civil/commercial litigation, worker's compensation, employment law and unemployment compensation. Mr. Greenwald has given presentations on Social Security and unemployment compensation law for the Bar Association of LeHigh County, and on landlord/tenant law. He has represented Social Security claimants for more than 30 years and the past 21 years were his primary practice area. He has successfully represented claimant's at all levels of the administrative and court process, up through the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, with substantial experience at the District Court level. Mr. Greenwald received his B.A. degree from SUNY at Buffalo and his J.D. degree from Northeastern University School of Law. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Bar Association of LeHigh County and member of Social Security and Worker's Compensation Practice committees; the Worker's Compensation section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; and a sustaining member for the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR).
