DAVID G. OBERDICK is of counsel at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP, and is head of the firm's intellectual property group, concentrating his practice on a wide range of intellectual property law matters, including patent prosecutions, trademark applications, copyright registrations, trade secret protection and computer law. He also has significant experience in litigation involving intellectual property and other commercial/business disputes and serves as a special master and ADR facilitator for intellectual property matters in federal court. Mr. Oberdick is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County bar associations, the Litigation Counsel of America, and the Pittsburgh Intellectual Property Law Association. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh Law School.
