THOMAS M. CLARK is an attorney in the law firm of Colgan & Associates, LLC, where he focuses his practice in family law, divorce, custody and support issues. During his years of practice, he has handled hundreds of family law cases. Mr. Clark is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from College Misericordia. He began his career as a law clerk with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's Office of the Chief Counsel. Mr. Clark is a former senior deputy public defender with the Dauphin County public defender's office. He was trained in collaborative practice in 2010. The majority of Mr. Clark's practice occurs in surrounding counties, which include: York, Dauphin, Cumberland, Adams and Perry. JAMES G. KEENAN is an attorney at Hoffmeyer & Semmelman LLP, where his practice areas include family law, divorce, custody, support and pre-nuptial agreements. Mr. Keenan has spoken for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on child custody, tax consequences of divorce and divorce issues in estate planning. He earned his B.A. degree from Salisbury University, his M.S.W. degree from Howard University School of Social Work and his J.D. degree from Howard University School of Law. Mr. Keenan is chair-elect of the Family Law Section of the York County Bar Association and a former barrister of the Inns of Court of York and Lancaster counties. He is a member of the York Chamber of Commerce (Small Business Support Network), York County Economics Club, vice chair of Performing Arts for Children Link to Literacy and current chair of the Marketing Committee for the Performing Arts for Children. He is also a member of the Facilities Committee for York County Judicial Center, York County Civil Rules Committee, a member of the Task Force to review child custody matters in the York County court system and founder of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity (Maryland Sigma Chapter).THOMAS D. O'SHEA is a shareholder with CGA Law Firm in York, where his practice focuses on domestic relations law and adoptions law. He is a frequent lecturer for the York County Bar Association Family Law Section on family law issues. Mr. O'Shea is a former instructor on legal documentation and presentation for the Pennsylvania State University, York Campus. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. O'Shea is a member of the York County (past chairman, Family Law Section; past president) and Pennsylvania (Family Law Section) bar associations, and the Herbert I. Cohen American Inn of Court (master and counselor).
