SCOTT A. BENNETT is an attorney with The Beasley Firm, LLC, practicing primarily in the areas of personal injury and products liability. For the last 30 years, Mr. Bennett has functioned as the firm's go-to lawyer in litigation regarding automobile claims and insurance, and has won many substantial judgments. He specializes in auto accidents involving roadway defects. BROPHY is a partner with Goldberg Segalla LLP, where he concentrates his practice in the defense of medical malpractice and products liability. In recent years, Mr. Brophy has developed a specialty in psychiatric malpractice cases, as well as traditional medical malpractice litigation. He has been designated as lead trial counsel by health care organizations with both local and national affiliations. Mr. Brophy earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Oneonta and his J.D. degree from Villanova University. MARK S. KARDOS is the principal in the law offices of Kardos & Goch, where he practices in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. LAURICELLA is a partner with The Beasley Firm, LLC, and has been working there since 1987. For five years Mr. Lauricella was an assistant district attorney in Nassau County, New York, where he prosecuted drug dealers, rapists, arsonists and armed robbers. Mr. Lauricella has won multi-million-dollar verdicts against psychiatrists, surgeons, general practitioners, gynecologists and radiologists. He has won million-dollar verdicts against orthopedists, cardiologists, oral surgeons and urologists. Mr. Lauricella has also won verdicts against corporations which have marketed unsafe products and against those which have engaged in illegal employment practices. He also practices within the specialty of intellectual property and trademark law. Mr. Lauricella has most recently represented the estate of legendary Philadelphia broadcaster John Facenda in connection with the unauthorized use of Mr. Facenda's voice and likeness in television advertising. He is a graduate of Hofstra University where he received a BA in political science, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated cum laude from Villanova School of Law in 1982, finishing well within the top ten percent of his class.
