April 24 - Allentown PAUL R. COHEN is a shareholder in the law firm of Jenei & Cohen, P.C., where his practice includes estate planning and administration, real estate, land use, business law, and commercial litigation. He has lectured on estate planning and real estate issues before various community and professional groups. Mr. Cohen was named a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers from 2005 through 2009, as published in Philadelphia Magazine. He is a faculty member of the Delaware Valley Legacy Fund, and a member of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council and the Pennsylvania and Bucks County bar associations. Before joining her current firm, Ms. Magee served as Orphans' Court administrator for Bucks County and as the law clerk to the Honorable Leonard B. Sokolove, the administrative judge of the Bucks County Orphans' Court Division. JAMIE MICHAEL MCFADDEN is the owner of McFadden Law Offices in Allentown, PA. Mr. McFadden focuses his practice in wills, trusts, estates, elder and real estate law. He also is a licensed title insurance agent. April 25 - Scranton BRENDA D. COLBERT is an attorney in the law firm of Marshall, Parker & Associates, LLC. She earned her bachelor degree from Mansfield University. After working for several years as a social worker in nursing facilities, she went on to law school, graduating, magna cum laude, from Touro Law Center. Ms. Colbert then proceeded to the University of Miami School of Law, where she earned an advanced legal degree LL.M degree. She has been practicing law as an elder law, special needs planning, and estate planning attorney in the Wilkes-Barre and Scranton area since 2002. Ms. Colbert is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is a frequent speaker for community and professional groups on issues affecting the elderly and people with special needs. Ms. Colbert is a member of the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
