DANA L. BACSI is a member of the Litigation Group of the Pittsburgh law firm of Goehring Rutter & Boehm. She represents employers and employees in employment discrimination litigation involving ADA; FMLA; and race, age and sex discrimination. Her clients include both private and public entities that she counsels on best practices in avoiding and defending against discrimination claims. Ms. Bacsi also represents clients in employment-related cases involving retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, and unemployment proceedings. She has conducted internal investigations and employee interviews on behalf of employers faced with employee misconduct claims. She has also drafted covenants not to compete, employment agreements, employee handbooks, and releases. Ms. Bacsi has litigated employment and discrimination cases in federal and state courts and before federal and state agencies, including the EEOC and PHRC. She has also successfully represented clients at mediations involving employment matters. Ms. Bacsi received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 1997, and her undergraduate degree, with distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University in 1994. She is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the United States District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County bar associations, and was elected to serve on the ACBA's Civil Litigation Section Council in 2010. Ms. Bacsi is also a fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation, an organization dedicated to the community through public service. DOMENIC A. BELLISARIO is a sole practitioner whose major area of practice is labor and employment law. Mr. Bellisario provides day-to-day legal advice on employment and personnel matters; negotiates collective bargaining agreements; and represents clients before government agencies, arbitration panels, and local, state and federal courts. From 1978 to 1984, Mr. Bellisario was a trial attorney for the National Labor Relations Board, and since that time he has been engaged in private practice and has served as in-counsel for a multi-facility health-care system. He has lectured to various groups on topics including AIDS in the workplace, substance abuse in the workplace, equal employment opportunity, employment discrimination, contract administration, individual employee rights and wrongful discharge, and wage and hour issues. Mr. Bellisario is a member of the Labor Law and Litigation sections of the American Bar Association and is a member of the Labor Law and Civil Litigation sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Bellisario also is a member of Labor Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. The United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania certifies him as an arbitrator, and he serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Bellisario received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. CRAIG M. BROOKS is a director and shareholder of Houston Harbaugh, P.C., a law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A very important and steady part of Mr. Brooks' practice is preventive work with clients, principally involving daily advice and counsel on handling employment problems and issues as they arise, putting clients not only in a position to win claims, but more importantly, to avoid them while achieving needed management goals. He concentrates his practice in the labor and employment law area (representing primarily management), including regularly handling employment discrimination claims (which includes sexual harassment cases, age, disability, sex, race and national origin discrimination cases) in court and before government agencies, union relations matters (which includes labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, union contract negotiations, union organizing matters, wrongful discharge claims), and wage and hour matters in court and with government agencies. FENSTEMAKER is an attorney at the law firm of Marcus & Shapira LLP. Mr. Fenstemaker concentrates his practice on litigation and corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, he gained valuable experience interning with the Honorable Debra Todd, Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fenstemaker earned his B.S.B.A. degree, cum laude, from John Carroll University. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was a member of the Pittsburgh Tax Review. Mr. Fenstemaker is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. DOUGLAS C. HART is an attorney in the Pittsburgh office of Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. Mr. Hart practices in the areas of commercial litigation, employment litigation and real estate. In addition to being an attorney, he also is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hart is an adjunct professor in the M.B.A. program of Duquesne University, where he teaches accounting and also has lectured to attorneys and accountants on areas related to his practice. ROBERT F. PROROK is a director in the Pittsburgh firm of Cohen & Grigsby, PC, where he practices exclusively in labor and employment law. He has represented employers in the full range of employment and labor law matters, including litigation in federal and state court; litigation before labor arbitrators; collective bargaining; and litigation before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and other federal and state agencies. He has written articles on a variety of employment-related topics that have been published in Commerce Clearing House, the Pittsburgh Business Times and the Allegheny Business News. ELLY HELLER-TOIG is a member of the Pittsburgh law firm of Marcus & Shapira LLP, where she practices in the areas of litigation, corporate law, labor law, Title VII discrimination and employment law. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Ms. Weinstein gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable Max Baer, Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
