ELEANOR M. FLANNERY is an attorney with the Law Offices of William L. Goldman P.C., where she focuses her practice in family law. Ms. Flannery has lectured previously for National Business Institute, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators and the Society of Professionals In Dispute Resolution. She also served as a master in custody and support in family court in Philadelphia and was a clinical instructor at Temple University School of Law. Ms. Flannery is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association (formerly co-chairing the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee, and the Custody and Divorce Mediation Committee of the Family Law Section), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Bucks County Collaborative Law Group, International Association of Collaborative Professionals and the Association for Conflict Resolution. She earned her B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from St. Joseph's University, and her J.D. degree from Rutgers University Law School.. JUDY McINTIRE SPRINGER is a partner with the law firm Fox Rothschild LLP, where her practice encompasses family law and domestic relations, including, adoptions; annulments; prenuptial agreements; sophisticated and complex divorce and support cases; contentious custody litigation and relocation. She also works on matters involving protecting grandparents' rights, including custody issues involving grandchildren and complex protection from abuse cases in which adult children have committed cruel and violent acts against elderly parents. Ms. McIntire Springer also handles Hague cases involving the international abduction and retention of children by their parents. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Virginia Tech and her J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia (Family Law Section) bar associations. SCOTT A. LISGAR is a partner with the law firm of Keller, Lisgar & Williams, LLP, where he practices in the areas of family law and general civil litigation. He is an adjunct professor at Bucks County Community College teaching medical law, ethics, business law and civil litigation and he is a former adjunct professor at Manor Junior College. Mr. Lisgar has lectured for National Business Institute previously on several topics, including "Family Law: Helping Your Clients Through Difficult Cases." He was selected as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers for 2010 and 2011. Mr. Lisgar earned his B.S. degree in economics and finance from West Chester University and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. He is a member of the Delaware County, Pennsylvania and American bar associations. KAREN ULMER PENDERGAST is president of Karen Ann Ulmer, P.C., where she is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Pendergast focuses her practice in the areas of family and matrimonial law. She earned her B.S. degree in psychology from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina where she was the president of the Psychology Major's Union. Ms. Pendergast earned her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law and has served on the Board of the Alumni Association since 2005. She obtained an advanced law degree in the area of securities law from Georgetown University Law Center. Ms. Pendergast is an active member of the Family Law section of the Bucks County Bar Association and has held offices in the YLD. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County bar associations. Ms. Pendergast has been active in the high school mock trial competition for more than ten years, and served as the regional coordinator for Bucks, Chester and Delaware Counties. She is a trained mediator and focuses on resolving conflicts. Ms. Pendergast has offices in Langhorne, Doylestown and Fort Washington. CHERYL L. YOUNG is a shareholder in the Norristown family law practice group of the firm of Hangley Aronchick Segal and Pudlin. She is past president of the Montgomery Bar Association and president of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. Ms. Young is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is past chairperson of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Membership Committee and chairperson to the Outreach to Children Committee. Ms. Young is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates and is on the Board of Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Montgomery Child Advocacy Project. She is past chair of the Montgomery Bar Association Family Law Committee, and Young Lawyers Division and is a past member of their Board of Directors. She is a prior member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section Council. Ms. Young was a past president and member of the Board of Directors of the Victims Services Center of Montgomery County, a past member of the Montgomery County Multidisciplinary Team and served on the Board of Directors of the Ambler Area YMCA. She received a B.A. degree in sciences in 1982 from Michigan State University. Thereafter, she attended American University, Washington College of Law, and graduated with her J.D. degree in 1985. Ms. Young is the author of "Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue - and Don't Forget the Prenupt," "Avoiding Malpractice Traps in Divorce Cases," "Ralston Purina Co. v.
