JOCELYN P. KRAMER joined is an attorney in the Law Offices of Ira Weiss, where she specializes in the areas of special education and student services. Ms. Kramer represents numerous school district clients in Western Pennsylvania and serves as an assistant solicitor for the School District of Pittsburgh. She routinely represents school district clients in special education litigation and student disciplinary hearings and attends meetings of municipal and school clients as board solicitor. Ms. Kramer frequently presents at seminars for attorneys, administrators, and school personnel. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and is admitted to practice in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. MAKEL is the principal of Makel & Associates, LLC, in Washington, Pennsylvania, where he practices law in the areas of government and municipalities, land use and planning, as well as special education law and school law representing numerous municipalities. He earned his B.A. degree from Washington & Jefferson College and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University. Mr. Makel is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. JOHN H. RUSHFORD is an attorney at the law firm of Dodaro, Cambest & Associates. He has been actively involved in the representation of municipal and school clients and has appeared in all courts of the commonwealth, federal district court and 3rd circuit court of appeals, as well as before all appropriate administrative agencies. Mr. Rushford earned his B.A. degree from Boston College and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Legal Rights of Exceptional Children Committee). AIMEE R. ZUNDEL is an attorney in The Law Offices of Ira Weiss, where she focuses her practice in school law and special education matters, including representation of school districts in school discipline hearings and special education due process hearings. She is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Zundel earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Mount Union College and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
