JOCELYN P. KRAMER joined is an attorney in the Law Offices of Ira Weiss, where she specializes in the areas of special education and student services. Ms. Kramer represents numerous school district clients in Western Pennsylvania and serves as an assistant solicitor for the School District of Pittsburgh. She routinely represents school district clients in special education litigation and student disciplinary hearings and attends meetings of municipal and school clients as board solicitor. Ms. Kramer frequently presents at seminars for attorneys, administrators, and school personnel. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. DENNIS M.
