LYNDALL J. HUGGLER is a partner at Blumling& Gusky, LLP, in Pittsburgh. Mr. Huggler's practice is concentrated in real estate,construction and development, and business transactions. He has a broad rangeof experience in commercial loan transactions representing bothborrowers and lenders, real estate leasing and purchase and saletransactions, and advising clients regarding business structures andacquisition strategies. Mr. Huggler received his A.B.degree, summa cum laude, from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana, andhis J.D. degree, with honors, from Duke University School of Law. PETER L. KOGAN is an attorney in the Real Estate Group inthe law firm of Reed Smith. Mr. Kogan representsclients in all major aspects of transactional real estate law, includingproperty acquisition and disposition, land use and development, leasing andsubleasing, real estate finance, and real estate brokerage matters. His clientshave included large global retailers, professional sports franchises, hotel andrestaurant developers, major industrial and manufacturing businesses, softwareand information technology companies, entities engaged in commercialtransportation and waste disposal, and owners of retail and other properties.Mr. Kogan focuses his practice on complextransactions involving the multi-purpose development and redevelopment oflarge-scale properties in Western Pennsylvania, which frequently includeextensive and innovative arrangements with public and quasi-public agencies forthe use of former industrial, commercial and institutional sites. In connectionwith such transactions, he has assisted clients in securing public-privatefinancing, and entering into partnership and development agreements governingthe use and development of Brownfield and "grayfield"sites. ALANK. SABLE isa partner in Reed Smith's Real Estate Group. He concentrates his practice incommercial real estate transactions, focusing primarily on acquisitions, development,and zoning and land use. Mr. Sable also has significant experience incommercial leasing. Mr. Sable’s broad experience includes representingdevelopers and users in commercial and multi-use developments; obtaining localand state zoning, land-use and other approvals and permits, including HighwayOccupancy Permits from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; negotiating purchaseand sales agreements and loan documents; drafting and negotiating commercialleases (for landlords and tenants); representing owners in sales/transfers, refinancings and restructurings of affordable housingprojects; and reviewing and negotiating surveys and title insurance policies.He also has been involved in numerous real estate,business acquisition and sale transactions occurring in bankruptcy proceedings.Mr. Sable has authored several articles on real estate law. He is a member ofthe American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County bar associations. He earnedhis B.A. degree from Colgate University and his J.D. degree from the DickinsonSchool of Law.
