KEITH A. HUNTER is an attorney in the Kingston Law Firm of Mahler, Lohin & Associates, LLC. He received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School. Mr. Hunter has years of experience in collection law, and he has practiced collections law since he was licensed to practice in 1982. Mr. Hunter is a member of the Luzerne County Law and Library Association. He is admitted to the Federal Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and is a certified mediator for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hunter is a general civil lawyer, with a concentration in collections, state tax, bankruptcy and litigation. ROGER MATTES JR. is president of the Scranton law firm of Mattes & Mattes, P.C. Mr. Mattes is a litigation attorney in a general practice firm with strong emphasis in personal injury, debtor/creditor, commercial law, bankruptcy and insurance disputes. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers, and the American, Pennsylvania, Middle District Bankruptcy and Lackawanna County bar associations. Mr. Mattes earned his B.A. degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, his G.R.I. degree from the Pennsylvania Realtors Institute in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. DAVID C. SCHATTENSTEIN focuses his work in the area of creditors' rights in bankruptcy and insolvency. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and in various federal bankruptcy, district and circuit courts throughout the nation. Mr. Schattenstein previously served as a bankruptcy trustee in the Eastern and Middle districts of Pennsylvania in cases in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11. He serves on the panels of approved mediators for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Schattenstein is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, having served on various committees and lectured at meetings for the Midwestern Regional Members Association in Chicago and for the Western Regional Members Association in Palm Springs. He is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and has participated as a panelist at its 2005 Fall Collection Conference. Mr. Schattenstein is a sustaining member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (Unsecured Trade Creditors and Health Care committees). He also maintains membership in the Pennsylvania and Lehigh County bar associations. Mr. Schattenstein has served as an adjunct professor at Northampton County Community College and has participated as an instructor for the Pennsylvania Association of Certified Public Accountants. He previously served as corporate counsel to The National List. Mr. Schattenstein has been a frequent lecturer on office management and creditors' rights and insolvency topics, having written several articles. He earned his B.A. degree from Muhlenberg College and his J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law.
