MICHAEL E. FLAHERTY is a partner in the law firm of Flaherty Luvara Law Group L.L.C. Mr. Flaherty represents lenders and businesses in federal, state and bankruptcy courts and engages in complex workouts and restructurings. He has represented financial institutions and businesses in loan origination, documentation and enforcement for more than 20 years. In addition, Mr. Flaherty has extensive experience in commercial litigation, municipal finance, insurance and employment law. He has tried cases in federal court, bankruptcy court and in 18 Pennsylvania county courts and has successfully argued cases before Pennsylvania's Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts. He counsels lenders, businesses and municipalities and has written articles and lectured on loan documentation, workouts, municipal and insurance law. Mr. Flaherty earned his B.A. degree from Boston College and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. JOSEPH V. LUVARA is a partner in the law firm of Flaherty Luvara Law Group L.L.C. Mr. Luvara focuses his practice in commercial law, real estate law, bankruptcy, and various estate and personal financial property issues such as securities litigation. He earned his B.S. degrees in business administration and business economics from Marquette University and his J.D. degrees from both Duquesne University Law School and Western State University College of Law. Mr. Luvara has nearly 25 years of experience and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court, U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court for New Jersey. JEFFREY T. MORRIS is a partner with the law firm of Morris Jobe & Cook Attorneys at Law, LLC, where he practices in the areas of zoning, construction, business and commercial litigation matters, representing lenders in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, as well as corporate, transactional and construction litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Mr. Morris is vice chair of the Bradford-Wood Borough Planning Commission. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. LOIS M. VITTI is an attorney with Vitti & Vitti & Associates, PC. Ms. Vitti has litigated bankruptcy, commercial, real estate, securities and subrogation matters at all stages of litigation including trials and appeals, as well as presiding as judge of bankruptcy court in New York. She also advises corporations, drafting corporate documents, litigation disputes and protecting intellectual property rights. Along with her commercial litigation practice, Ms. Vitti has also litigated family matters, including financial and custody disputes of high net worth individuals. After 15 years of practice in New York, she joined the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania firm of Louis P. Vitti & Associates. With a hands-on approach to all aspects of the daily management of the firm, Ms. Vitti places a strong emphasis on performance and accountability and accessibility to clients. In addition to her previously stated extensive and diverse legal background, Ms. Vitti is knowledgeable in all areas of the mortgage banking and default servicing industry.
