MATTHEW BRENEMAN is a director with Zimmer Kunz, PLLC. His practice is devoted entirely to civil litigation with concentration in the areas of product and premises liability, auto accidents, trucking and transportation litigation, and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Breneman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as the U.S. District courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of West Virginia. He earned his B.A. degree from West Virginia University and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Breneman served as the article editor of the Duquesne University Business Law Journal. He is a member of the Allegheny County and The West Virginia bar associations, the Defense Research Institute, and theDefense Trial Counsel of West Virginia. JAMES C. HENEGHAN is a senior litigator in the law firm of Edgar Snyder & Associates LLC, where he practices in the areas of personal injury including, but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites and products liability. He was appointed a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is a nation-wide organization for attorneys who receive a verdict or settlement of more than a million dollars. Mr. Heneghan earned his B.S. degree from Elmira College and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University. He has lectured on discovery and personal injury issues. Mr. Heneghan is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American bar associations and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Heneghan has been nominated for The Academy of Trial Lawyers and also is a part time professor at Robert Morris University. ALEXANDER J. JAMIOLKOWSKI is a partner in the Pittsburgh law firm of Egan & Jamiolkowski. His practice is concentrated in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, products liability, and commercial and insurance litigation. Mr. Jamiolkowski has lectured to various professional groups on topics relating to his practice of law. He has litigated cases in both state and federal trial courts throughout Pennsylvania, in the appellate courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the third circuit. Mr. Jamiolkowski is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Scranton, and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University. SCOTT A. MILLHOUSE is a partner with Meyer Darragh Buckler Bebenek & Eck PLLC. For 31 years, he has practiced in the area of motor vehicle liability and coverage litigation. Throughout those years, Mr. Millhouse has prosecuted, defended, mediated and arbitrated uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. As an associate member of the Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies and a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, he has made presentations about uninsured and underinsured motorist liability and coverage, and has stayed abreast of the changes in the law and practice in those areas. PETER B. SKEEL is a partner in the Pittsburgh law firm of Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie & Skeel, PC, where his practice is concentrated in insurance defense, with an emphasis on insurance coverage issues and UM/UIM claims. He has lectured previously on insurance and personal injury topics. Mr. Skeel earned his B.A. degree from Allegheny College and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations, and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
