DOUGLAS R. BLAZEY is of counsel to the regional law firm of Elliott Greenleaf & Siedzikowski, P.C. His practice is concentrated in environmental and natural resource law with special emphasis on environmental site remediation, associated real property transactions, environmental permitting and regulatory and enforcement related matters. Mr. Blazey was the Regional Counsel for the United States Environmental Protection Agency in Region II (New York, New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Territory of the Virgin Islands) from 1984 to 1995 when he joined this firm. Previously he was the Chief Counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources from 1977 to 1984. From 1970 to 1977, he held other senior positions with the PaDER. He has been an adjunct professor of law at the New York Law School and has lectured extensively in the United States and Europe on environmental topics. DIMMERMAN is an adjunct professor at Temple University's Fox School of Business and a columnist with The Legal Intelligencer. He lectures to other attorneys, has been interviewed by various media outlets and featured by The Legal Intelligencer. Mr. Dimmerman is the recipient of the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" designation in 2007, 2008 and 2010 and holds the highest rating (AV) with Martindale-Hubbell, based upon peer review. He is published with the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations. Mr. Dimmerman is the principal and founder of The Law Office of Harper J. Dimmerman P.C., a boutique Philadelphia-based practice with an emphasis upon Pennsylvania and New Jersey general litigation and real estate matters. In his capacity as an approved attorney, he is authorized to provide land title insurance throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for residential and commercial transactions. Mr. Dimmerman also is co-founder and CEO of LeBaby, Inc., a beauty company that has garnered national media attention, including AOL.com, msn.com, New York Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine. He is vice-chair of the Law Practice Management Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. EMBICK is a sole practitioner in West Chester where he concentrates his practice in the area of environmental law. He earned his A.B. degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. degree from George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. Mr. Embick is the former executive director of the Metropolitan Washington Coalition for Clean Air, a citizen advocacy group and served as the director of the American Lung Association of the District of Columbia, a non-profit health organization. He served as an assistant chief counsel and deputy attorney general with the Department of Environmental Resources and is the former regional Chief Counsel for the southeast region of the Office of Chief Counsel in the then Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources (now PA Department of Environmental Protection). GILES is a member of the law firm of Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C. with more than twenty-five years of legal experience with more than twenty years conducting large and complex real estate related litigation on behalf of financial institutions, mortgages, and commercial landlords and tenants. He also has represented lenders in numerous complex loan transactions, real estate workout and default transactions, bankruptcy litigation, and lender liability suits. Mr. Giles has represented landlords in the enforcement of landlord's rights and remedies under leases including litigation regarding exclusivity clauses, continuous operations clauses, radius restrictions and assignment and subletting provisions. He also has extensive experience in pre-workout agreements, rent attachments, cash management and cash collateral agreements, and other matters relating to the enforcement of mortagee's rights. HLADIK is a partner in the Upper Gwynedd law firm of Kerns, Pearlstine, Onorato & Hladik, LLP, where he focuses his practice in the areas of mortgage law, bankruptcy law and real estate law. Mr. Hladik was in private practice prior to joining the firm. He has spoken for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and conducts continuing legal education courses on tax sale law, foreclosure, title, bankruptcy law and professional responsibility. Mr. Hladik served as the Deputy Attorney General in charge of the Bureau of Consumer Protection in Harrisburg from 1993 to 1996.
