WILHELM DINGLER JR. is an attorney with the law firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, where he devotes all of his practice to the defense of professionals, primarily accountants, attorneys, and real estate professionals. He also provides risk management services and advice to CPAs across the country. A trial attorney for 25 years, Mr. Dingler has litigated hundreds of cases in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, Washington, Virginia, Alaska, and Oregon and has provided legal counsel to thousands of professionals. In addition, Mr. Dingler was a speaker/presenter at the Annual Meeting of the National Alliance of Auto Dealer Advisors (NAADA), New Auditing Standards, IRS Regulations, the Turmoil in the American Automotive Market and How Each May Impact Claims, Litigation and Risk Management, St. Louis, Missouri, June 2009. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (Committee of Law Examiners), the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Dingler earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law.
KEVIN P. DISKIN is an attorney at the law firm of Stern & Eisenberg LLP. He is a graduate of The University of Baltimore School of Law, in Baltimore, Maryland, having received his J.D. degree in May of 2000. Mr. Diskin received his B.S. degree in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey in October 1995. For the past ten years, Mr. Diskin has concentrated his practice in creditors' right and residential foreclosure. In recent years he was a founding member of the Philadelphia Foreclosure Steering Committee which developed the Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Pilot Program. The Pilot Program was one of the first in the nation and has become a model for other court mandated loss mitigation programs. GREGORY W. FOX is an attorney with the law firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, where he focuses his practice on the defense of claims made and suits brought against attorneys, accountants and other professionals. He also defends clients in commercial litigation. Mr. Fox previously focused his practice on commercial litigation, creditor-rights litigation and municipal litigation. He has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Fox has exposure to the area of foreclosure. He previously represented mortgage companies and mortgage servicers in a variety of foreclosure and foreclosure related litigation including contested foreclosures, lien priority disputes, bankruptcy actions to set aside tax sales and claims brought under TILA and FDCPA. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Richmond and his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law. STEPHEN M. HLADIK is a partner in the Upper Gwynedd law firm of Kerns, Pearlstine, Onorato & Hladik, LLP, where he focuses his practice in the areas of mortgage law, bankruptcy law and real estate law. Mr. Hladik was in private practice prior to joining the firm. He has spoken for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and conducts continuing legal education courses on tax sale law, foreclosure, title, bankruptcy law and professional responsibility. Mr. Hladik served as the Deputy Attorney General in charge of the Bureau of Consumer Protection in Harrisburg from 1993 to 1996. He is a member of the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, New Jersey State and American bar associations, and various sections and committees within these organizations. Mr. Hladik earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Widener University School of Law. He also has served on his township's planning commission for six years, and is an elected member of his local school board. STEVEN M. SCHAIN opened the Schain Law Firm in 1994, focusing on commercial litigation with a specialty in representing financial institutions and defending against consumer lending claims. Prior to opening his firm, Mr. Schain served as law clerk to a U.S. District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as an associate at Blank Rome. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Schain serves as a court appointed Judge Pro Tempore and arbitrator, and is a frequent Pennsylvania Bar Institute and National Bar Institute author and lecturer on topics including civil litigation, personal injury, and ethics. He earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Law Review and graduated with honors. ERIC M. HURWITZ is a partner in the Mortgage & Lending Litigation Practice Group at the law firm of Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, in Cherry Hill. Mr. Hurwitz has experience litigating claims brought against lenders arising from the origination, servicing, reporting and collection of various consumer credit products, such as mortgages, credit cards, auto loans, short-term loans, and other secured or unsecured credit products. He has also handled matters involving title insurance claims, lien priority disputes, and class actions involving financial products and services. Mr. Hurwitz has a full range of experience in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as mediations and arbitrations, both regionally and throughout the country. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and various federal district and appellate courts nationwide. Mr. Hurwitz has also written on the topic of litigation risk in the wake of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law.
