ELIZABETH A. BEROES is the owner of Beroes Law Center, P.C. She has practiced law for 18 years in the areas of family law, criminal law, estates and personal injury (female issues). Ms. Beroes has tried many divorce cases in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Lawrence, Beaver and Fayette counties where court appointed valuation experts have testified in each case. She previously lectured at the University of Buffalo, Creative Problem Solving Institute and for the Stepping Out Program at high schools around the city of Pittsburgh. She also is involved in a mentoring program through Allegheny County - Child Advocate Training. Ms. Beroes earned her B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. degree from Capital University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (member, Family Law Section), Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations, and Compassionate Friends of Greater Pittsburgh Organization for parents who have lost children (Steering Committee). MARK K. GUBINSKY is a shareholder and president of the firm Frank Bails Murcko Gubinsky & Gale, PC. An attorney since 1994, Mr. Gubinsky strives to provide each client with personal, responsive and cost-effective representation. He believes that individuals and families in transition deserve compassionate, reasonable representation. He uses his years of experience in family law issues to evaluate each client's case and work with the client to formulate a course of action appropriate for each individual's unique situation. Mr. Gubinsky recognizes that the families of today sometimes face complex issues and that respect and discretion is imperative. His professional training and accomplishments include: he trained in Collaborative Law and is a founding member and acting president of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania, he is active in local professional organizations, including the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Family Law Section Council; the Family Law Section's Child Support Guidelines Committee, he chairs the Allegheny County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service Committee and he frequently lectures on family law topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Cape Institute. Mr. Gubinsky obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in 1990 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994.
