ANN E. BARTON is an attorney in the law firm of Karen A. Ulmer, P.C., where she focuses her practice in family law, as well as real estate. She is a lifelong resident of Bucks County and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Ms. Barton attained her Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University-Dickinson School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Mount Saint Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Recently, Ms. Barton founded ReVamp Image, an Image Consulting firm established to help those seeking to improve their style and presence in business or social situations. She is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Animal Legal Defense Fund. TIMOTHY J. COLGAN is a partner in the law firm of Colgan Marzzacco, LLC, which he formed in April 2008. Prior to Colgan Marzzacco, Mr. Colgan was a managing partner at The Wiley Group practicing family law, bankruptcy and real estate. He is trained in collaborative practice and mediation. Mr. Colgan is the 2008 and 2009 president of the Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania and is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He is a member of the Cumberland County, Dauphin County, York County, Pennsylvania and American bar associations. Mr. Colgan is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University. JAMES G. KEENAN is an attorney at Hoffmeyer & Semmelman LLP, where his practice areas include family law, divorce, custody, support and pre-nuptial agreements. Mr. Keenan has spoken for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on child custody, tax consequences of divorce and divorce issues in estate planning. He earned his B.A. degree from Salisbury University, his M.S.W. degree from Howard University School of Social Work and his J.D. degree from Howard University School of Law. Mr. Keenan is chair-elect of the family law section of the York County Bar Association and a former barrister of the Inns of Court of York and Lancaster counties. He is a member of the York Chamber of Commerce (Small Business Support Network), York County Economics Club, vice chair of Performing Arts for Children Link to Literacy and current chair of the Marketing Committee for the Performing Arts for Children. He is also a member of the Facilities Committee for York County Judicial Center, York County Civil Rules Committee, a member of the Task Force to review child custody matters in York County court system and founder of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, Maryland Sigma Chapter.
