CHARLES E. BOBINIS, Esq. is an attorney with Bobinis Law, P.C. Mr. Bobinis is an alumnus of Lafayette College and The University of Pittsburgh School of Law and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Mr. Bobinis' legal career spans 35 years, with a focus primarily upon commercial and bankruptcy litigation, including trial and appellate practice. Mr. Bobinis founded Bobinis Law, P.C. as of February 1, 2011 and was empaneled on March 2011, as an E-Discovery Special Master (EDSM), in the United State District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in creditor's rights for the last five years in a row by Philadelphia Magazine; and has been certified in creditor's rights by the American Board of Certification since 1992. Mr. Bobinis has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, presenting on the subject of e-discovery in bankruptcy litigation; and has presented to such organizations as the Commercial Law League of America, the Equipment Lease and Finance Association, and the Allegheny County Bar Association, (Bankruptcy Section) Bankruptcy Symposium. JOSHUA M. FARBER is a member of Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP's General Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Development Practice Group. Mr. Farber focuses his practice on a wide range of legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, formation and structuring of business entities, commercial real estate development and leasing projects, private equity and venture capital transactions, securities offerings and disclosure compliance, and general corporate transactions. Mr. Farber advises established and emerging businesses on the various issues faced throughout a company's life cycle, including formation, capitalization, equity investment, commercial transactions, debt financing, acquisitions, divestitures and succession planning. Mr. Farber has counseled numerous parties through the formation and structuring of new entities and ventures, and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating limited liability company agreements, partnership agreements, buy-sell agreements and other organizational documents. Mr. Farber also assists entities in compliance with corporate formalities and business law requirements. Mr. Farber's real estate practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate acquisition, leasing and development including the sale, leasing and purchase of office buildings, shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, apartment complexes and planned community projects. Mr. Farber's real estate experience also includes representing real estate companies in tax assessment appeals and land use and zoning matters. Mr. Farber also has advised both property owners and energy companies in the sale, leasing, and assignment of mineral rights. He received his B.A. degree from Swarthmore College and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Urban Land Institute. JOSHUA J. LAVRINC contributes a breadth of experience from his involvement in investment, development, lending, structured finance, brokerage, and asset management over the past decade, as a real estate and legal professional. Mr. Lavrinc currently serves as director of underwriting with PenTrust Real Estate Advisory Services, Inc., where his responsibilities include leading the analysis, negotiation and execution of all transactions proposed for investment by The Employee Real Estate Construction Trust Funds ("The ERECT Funds"). The ERECT Funds are a series of open-ended trusts established in 1987 in order to make real estate investments in projects located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia for the benefit of its founding union construction and building trade pension fund investors. The ERECT Funds have invested approximately $300 Million enabling more than $1 Billion of diverse commercial real estate projects, and include investors outside union pension funds, including various municipalities and private corporations. Mr. Lavrinc is also a principal at Callay Capital LLC, a real estate private equity firm that performs investment advisory and other services for private clients, with a focus on developing real estate private investment funds. Mr. Lavrinc received a B.S. degree, in accounting, from the Pennsylvania State University, with distinction from the Schreyer Honors College. Mr. Lavrinc later received a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, together with a certificate of management and public policy from the Wharton School of Business for real estate studies. He is actively licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. JEFFREY T. MORRIS is a partner with the law firm of Morris Jobe & Cook Attorneys at Law, LLC, where he practices in the areas of zoning, construction, business and commercial litigation matters, representing lenders in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, as well as corporate, transactional and construction litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Mr. Morris is a frequent lecturer to the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Federal Bar Association on commercial litigation and employment law issues. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Allegheny (member, Construction Dispute Resolution Group) and American bar associations, and the American Arbitration Association (Commercial Arbitration Panel). Mr. Morris is vice chair of the Bradford-Wood Borough Planning Commission. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. GREGORY H. TEUFEL , Esq. is a member at the law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC. He focuses his practice on outside general counsel work and commercial litigation. Mr. Teufel's broad base of experience includes landlord-tenant litigation, drafting both lease agreements and rental agent agreements, and generally advising regarding such agreements and breach issues. Mr. Teufel's experience includes both commercial and residential leases and representing both landlords and tenants.
