HON. KEITH MEISENHEIMER has been a Circuit Court Judge in Multnomah County Circuit Court since 1999 and sits in the Family Court. HON. KEITH R. RAINES is a Circuit Court Judge on the Washington County Circuit Court in Oregon and serves as the Washington County Family Court Team Head. HON. CARROLL J. TICHENOR is a Circuit Court Judge on the Yamhill County Circuit Court. MODERATOR - DANIEL S. MARGOLIN is a founding partner of the Portland law firm of Stephens Margolin P.C. He attended New York University School of Law and clerked for the Honorable Rex Armstrong at the Oregon Court of Appeals following his graduation from law school. Mr. Margolin's practice focuses on all aspects of family law litigation, collaborative divorce and domestic relations appeals.
