HON. ERIC J. BLOCH is a Circuit Court Judge in Multnomah County. Judge Bloch began his private law practice in 1986. He earned his B.S. degree at Cornell University and his J.D. degree at the University of Oregon. HON. JOHN L. COLLINS is a Circuit Court Judge in Yamhill County. Prior to the bench, Judge Collins served as the Yamhill County District Attorney. He earned his B.S. degree at Oregon State University and his J.D. degree at Willamette University School of Law. HON. DONALD R. LETOURNEAU is a Circuit Court Judge in Washington County. He has served as a Circuit Court Judge since August 1992 and is currently a member of the Washington County Civil Team. Prior to the bench, Judge Letourneau was a career public defender. He earned his undergraduate degree at Yale University and his J.D. degree at Georgetown Law Center. HON. CHRISTOPHER J. MARSHALL has been a Circuit Court Judge in Multnomah County Circuit Court since 2003. Prior to becoming a judge, he was in private practice, primarily involving commercial litigation and was a highly regarded mediator and arbitrator. Judge Marshall also served as a United States District Court Judicial Clerk; a State of Oregon, Department of Justice Law Clerk, a United States Court of Military Review Judicial Clerk. He currently presides over the felony drug treatment court. Judge Marshall earned his B.S. degree, with honors, in Business Administration and his B.S. degree, with honors, in Psychology at Oregon State University, and his J.D. degree at Willamette University College of Law. HON. JUDITH H. MATARAZZO is a Circuit Court Judge in the Multnomah County Circuit Court. Judge Matarazzo was elected to the bench in 2006. Judge Matarazzo began her private practice in 1984, focusing on plaintiff personal injury litigation. She earned her bachelor's degree from Hamline University and her J.D. degree at Willamette University School of Law. Prior to taking the bench, Judge Matarazzo's professional activities included serving on the Disciplinary Board and the Practice and Procedure Committee of the OSB, the Board of Directors of the Oregon Law Institute of Law of Lewis & Clark Law School. HON. JANICE R. WILSON is a Circuit Court Judge in Multnomah County. She has been on the bench since 1991. Before becoming a judge, Judge Wilson practiced with the firms of Lindsay, Hart, Neil & Weigler and Ater Wynne Hewitt Dodson & Skerritt. She graduated from Willamette University College of Law, summa cum laude, and clerked for the Honorable Otto R. Skopil, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Judge Wilson is the chair of the Multnomah County Circuit Court Civil Motion Panel and is a frequent continuing legal education speaker and panelist. MODERATOR - LETA E. GORMAN is an attorney with the Portland law firm of Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, where she is a member of the litigation practice group representing clients in court, arbitration and mediation. In addition to general commercial litigation, her practice involves representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of complex business, construction and products liability disputes. Ms. Gorman earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Washington and J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar, and the American, Multnomah and Washington State bar associations; the Defense Research Institute; the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel; the International Association of Defense Counsel; and the Idaho State Bar.
