HEATHER C. BEASLEY is a shareholder with the Portland law firm of Davis Rothwell Earle & Xóchihua, P.C., where she is licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington. She practices in the areas of uninsured and underinsured motorist law, products liability, landlord/tenant disputes, construction defect and personal injury defense. Ms. Beasley earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Tufts University and her J.D. degree from Washington College of Law, The American University. She is a member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, the Multnomah County and the Clark County bar associations, the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Casualty Adjustors Association, the Southwest Washington Adjustors Association and DRI. MICHAEL N. GUTZLER is a member of the law firm of Michael N. Gutzler, where he practices in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, arbitration and mediation. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Willamette University. Mr. Gutzler is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He has lectured to various professional groups and organizations. JAMES W. HENDRY is a member of Brownstein, Rask, Sweeney, Kerr, Grim, Desylvia & Hay, LLP, where his main areas of practice are civil litigation, personal injury, domestic relations, criminal, commercial transactions, general business/corporate and estate planning. Mr. Hendry is a member of the Oregon State Bar (Securities and Civil Litigation sections) and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. He earned his B.S. degree from California Polytechnic State University and his J.D. degree from Willamette University College of Law.
