ANDREW GLASCOCK is co-founder of Hiefield Foster & Glascock LLP, and was a previous partner with Bodyfelt Mount LLP. Mr. Glascock's legal career has primarily focused on the defense of personal injury, general casualty and product liability claims. He is a seasoned trial attorney with a great record of success for his clients in his many jury trials and arbitrations. Mr. Glascock is admitted to practice law in the Oregon and Washington courts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar Procedure and Practice Committee, the Defense Research Institute, and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Glascock earned his law degree from Willamette University College of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies at Idaho State University, earning his B.A. degree. KATHRYN E. JACKSON is a trial attorney who practices state wide. Ms. Jackson is devoted to representing injured victims of auto collisions. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District of Court of Oregon, and Washington and Oregon State courts. Ms. Jackson earned her B.S. degree from The University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana Campus and her J.D. degree from the University of Oregon, where she served on multiple Student bar associations and University committees, including the Presidents Advisory Committee. She also earned a position as the business editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation Law Review. Ms. Jackson received the University President's Centurion Leadership award for two consecutive years. She was elected to the first two terms of the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates as representative of District 6. Ms. Jackson has served on the Board of Unity and Support, the Bar, Broadcast Publishing OSB Committee and Guideline Subcommittee, as well as OTLA Membership and Legislative committees for several years. She is a member of the Willamette Valley Inns of Court. Ms. Jackson has donated time to Salem, Keizer Teen Court, Marion County Arbitrator Selection Committee Lions, Oak Grove Grange and the Willamette Law School as a mentor, speaker and volunteer judge. She has served as an arbitrator and has served for two years as a co-chair of the Marion Polk County Campaign for Equal Justice. Ms. Jackson was honored in 2007 as Lawyer of the Year. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Oregon State Bar, Oregon Woman Lawyers, Oregon Trial Lawyers, Marion-Polk County Bar Association, and has been a member in the Multnomah County and Lane County bars. ERIC VIRSHBO is a partner in the Portland, Oregon, law firm of MacMillan, Scholz & Marks P.C., and head of the firm's subrogation department. He represents plaintiffs in a variety of matters and has extensive experience in all manner of insurance subrogation claims. Mr. Virshbo earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington. He is licensed to practice law in the Oregon and Washington courts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), and a frequent speaker on subrogation topics. ZACHARY ZABINSKY is an attorney in Portland, Oregon, where his main areas of practice are personal injury, social security and social security disability. Mr. Zabinsky is a member of the Multnomah County and Washington State bar associations, and Oregon State Bar (Torts, Civil Litigation, Disability Law and Civil Rights sections, Nominating Committee 1995), Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Whitman College and his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon.
