HARRY D. AINSWORTH is a sole practitioner in Portland where his main areas of practice are real estate and landlord tenant law. Mr. Ainsworth has spoken on landlord tenant issues for a local multi-family housing group and civic groups. Ms. Gardner is the lead attorney in the Vancouver, Washington office of Baxter & Baxter, LLP. She represents consumer debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Gardner has been an attorney since 2003, specializing in consumer bankruptcy. She was a member of the Oregon State Bar Consumer Law Committee for two years. Ms. Gardner has spoken at several CLEs on bankruptcy, and has published articles on consumer bankruptcy. Ms. McAllister's services include structuring commercial and real estate transactions with particular emphasis on real estate leasing, financing, and development, including condominium transactions. In her financial services practice, Ms. McAllister represents financial service providers on regulatory issues and lending transactions including loan origination, restructured loans, workouts, and foreclosures. JUDITH PARKER is an attorney with Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, in Portland, where she focuses her practice in the areas of professional liability defense, labor and employment law, products liability defense, and construction defect litigation. She defends medical professionals against claims of professional negligence and medical board claims in addition to advising medical professionals about risk management matters. Ms. Parker also defends lawyers against bar discipline matters and advises them about risk management matters. Her published works include "Three Rules of Termination," Membership Matters, Oregon Dental Association, and "Land Use," co-author, Federal and State Constitutional Limitations, Oregon State Bar. Ms. Parker is a regular guest lecturer on bar admission at Willamette University College of Law. She annually teaches dental students about employment issues at the Oregon Health & Science University's School of Dentistry. Since 2009, Ms. Parker has been named annually to the Rising Stars list by Oregon's Super Lawyers & Rising Stars magazine. Mr. Uffelman has lectured extensively on estate planning and real estate matters.
