SCOTT E. DAVIS is a partner at the intellectual property law firm of Klarquist Sparkman LLP, where he primarily focuses on litigation in federal court. He has represented clients in numerous federal courts nationwide in cases involving patents, trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets in a wide range of technical fields, including the chemical, mechanical, and computer arts. Prior to his career at Klarquist, Mr. Davis was a law clerk to U.S. District Judge A. Howard Matz in the Central District of California. He earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Oregon State University, his M.S. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his J.D. degree, Order of the Coif, from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Davis is ranked "Up and Coming" by Chambers USA. TRAVIS HALL is a trial attorney with Bateman Seidel, whose practice focuses on commercial, real estate, and construction defect civil litigation. He is also a member of Bateman Siedel's environmental and natural resources litigation group. Mr. Hall also practices military law by representing active duty, reserve, and National Guard service members in adverse administrative proceedings and courts-martial. Prior to joining Bateman Seidel, he was a captain in the Judge Advocate General's Corps in the U.S. Army, completing 14 years of honorable service as both a sergeant and as a commissioned officer. Mr. Hall is a adjunct professor of international law and national security law and policy at Lewis & Clark College of Law. He is a frequent lecturer and author for national and international groups. Mr. Hall is a member of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of International Trade, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Courts-Martial, Oregon state and federal courts, and Washington state and federal courts. He earned his J.D. degree from NW School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland and certificate in environmental law and natural resources. TIMOTHY J. HEINSON is a partner in the law firm of Lachenmeier Enloe Rall & Heinson, where he practices in the areas of litigation and insurance, including automobile accidents, construction, landlord-tenant and premises liability. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Portland and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Northwestern School of Law. Mr. Heinson is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Washington State Bar Association, and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Oregon and Eastern Washington.
