BRUCE H. CAHN is a litigation partner with Ball Janik LLP, specializing in real estate, construction, commercial and business matters. His practice emphasizes complex and sophisticated large-dollar commercial and business disputes (including business torts and fraudulent transfer claims) and real estate disputes. Mr. Cahn also represents both governmental entities and private property owners in condemnation matters. He has tried numerous cases, including condemnation cases, before juries, judges and arbitrators. He is the author of numerous articles on securities and construction litigation issues and has lectured on a wide range of legal topics, including construction law, condemnation and insurance. Mr. Cahn earned his B.A. degree in radio-television-broadcasting at California State University at Northridge and his J.D. degree at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles DIANA LJ HARRISON, CPA, CFP, practices in the areas of tax and financial planning in Portland, Oregon. She has more than 24 years of tax experience and a complete background in accounting. Ms. Harrison earned her B.S. degree, in accounting, and her master’s degree, in taxation, from the Portland State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Planning Association. KEVIN R. MINKOFF, CPA specializes in taxation, computerization and management consulting for small and medium sized businesses. He is a member of the Oregon CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Minkoff regularly presents a series of financial management courses for small business owners and managers. He also assists business owners with business planning, financial budgeting and forecasting, strategic operations and integrative management processes. Mr. Minkoff currently has a column appearing in Parkrose Business Association's monthly newsletter on tax, computer and business management issues. He holds a CPA license in Oregon and California, and he is in the OSCPA's accountant referral program, as well as being an instructor at Mt. Hood Community College. Mr. Minkoff earned his B.S. degree from the University of Southern California in accounting and communication.
