HON. MICHAEL C. FLANAGAN is an Associate District Judge for the District Court of Cotton County. HON. S. WYATT HILL is an Associate District Judge for the District Court of Caddo County. HON. CHRISTOPHER S. KELLY is an Associate District Judge for the District Court of Washita County. HON. NORMAN L. RUSSELL is an Associate District Judge for the District Court of Kiowa County. MODERATOR - G. SCOTT RAY is a sole practitioner at the Scott Ray Law Firm in Lawton, Oklahoma. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, medical malpractice, family law, wrongful death, negligence, products liability and premises liability. Mr. Ray earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He was the editor-in-chief of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. Mr. Ray is a member of the Comanche County Bar Association (president, 2005) and has been practicing law for more than 30 years.
