HON. JAMES B. CROY is a special district judge in Oklahoma County, Seventh Judicial District. He earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees at the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. degree at Oklahoma City University School of Law. Judge Croy was admitted to practice in 1980 and has been admitted to practice in the Western District of Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Oklahoma State Bar Association. HON. NOMA D. GURICH is a district judge in the Seventh Judicial District, serving Oklahoma and Canadian Counties. Judge Gurich has served as a member of the judiciary in the state of Oklahoma for 20 years. She also has served as the presiding judge of the Workers' Compensation Court and the Oklahoma County District Court. Judge Gurich was first elected to the District Court in 1998 and was re-elected without opposition in 2002 and 2006. She earned her A.B. degree at Indiana State University and her J.D. degree at the University of Oklahoma School of Law. She was admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 1978. HON. TOM A. LUCAS is a district judge in the Twenty First Judicial District serving Cleveland County. He earned his B.A. degree at Oklahoma State University and his LL.B. degree at the University of Oklahoma School of Law. Judge Lucas was admitted practice law in 1964. HON. M. SUSIE PRITCHETT is an associate district judge serving the Fourth Judicial District in Kingfisher County. Judge Pritchett was admitted to practice in 1972. She earned her B.S. degree at the University of Oklahoma and her J.D. degree at the University of Oklahoma School of Law. HON. BARBARA G. SWINTON is a district judge in the Seventh Judicial District, serving Oklahoma and Canadian Counties. Prior to the bench, Judge Swinton practiced in the areas of civil litigation, family law, and employment law since 1991. She earned her B.S. degree, with honors, at Oklahoma State University and her J.D. degree at Georgia State University School of Law. HON. LORI WALKLEY was appointed to the bench as a district judge in 2003. This year Judge Walkley will serve as chief judge in Cleveland County as well as handling her regular docket responsibilities which include one-third of all felony filings, 35% percent of all family/domestic filings, 100% of all child support enforcement matters as well as several ancillary dockets and CJ matters by assignment. Previously, Judge Walkley was an attorney at the law firm of Benedum, Benedum & Walkley. MODERATOR - JOSEPH T. ACQUAVIVA JR. is a member of the law firm of Wilson, Cain & Acquaviva, where for the past 20 years he has primarily practiced in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, products liability, fire and casualty, and insurance bad faith. He frequently speaks to professional organizations on topics related to his practice areas. Mr. Acquaviva is a member of the Oklahoma County, the Oklahoma and the American bar associations, the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the Defense Research Institute. He earned his B.A. degree from Long Island University and his J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University.
