December 15 - Tulsa JAMES A. BECKERT is a partner in the law offices of Beckert & Associates, where for the past 20 years his practice areas have included family law, criminal defense, civil defense and mediation. Mr. Beckert is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma bar associations. He earned his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa. R.V. TERRY FUNK is a sole practitioner in Tulsa, where he has defended or attended depositions for more than 30 years. DAWSON is a shareholder and director with the Oklahoma City firm of Miller Dollarhide, P.C., where he focuses his practice on general civil litigation, arbitration, mediation and appellate practice.
