GREG H. HAUBRICH is a personal-injury trial lawyer with Foshee & Yaffe. He has tried more than eighty jury cases as lead counsel for injured people. Mr. Haubrich graduated from Missouri State University, summa cum laude and obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma, with distinction. Mr. Haubrich is admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court; 10th Circuit Court of Appeals; all Oklahoma Federal District Courts, and Oklahoma Bar Association. He is on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Association for Justice and is the CLE Director for that organization. Mr. Haubrich is also the author of "Barrister's Column: Trial Tactics and Strategies," in The Advocate, the journal of OAJ. In 2010, OAJ awarded Mr. Haubrich the Tommy D. Frazier Award for courage in litigation and devotion to the rights of injured people. GINGER K. MAXTED is an attorney with Shelton Voorhees Law Group. Her practice areas include all areas of health law including: elder law, nursing home abuse and negligent elder care, civil litigation, personal injury, complex civil litigation, and corporate strategy and structure. Ms. Maxted has presented numerous seminars for both NBI and the Oklahoma Bar Association. Ms. Maxted is the founding member of Oklahoma Advocates a group of Oklahomans advocating for the rights of the elderly and vulnerable. Ms. Maxted is also a founding member of Our Children Have Value, a group dedicated to education about our Judicial Branch and the constitutional right to trial by jury. Ms. Maxted is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Association for Justice (American "Advocate" 2009), the Oklahoma Association for Justice, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma. Ms. Maxted currently serves as a council member for the North Side YMCA, and is a member of Edmond Specialty Hospital's Board of Directors and Ethics Board. Ms. Maxted earned her B.A. degree from the University of Houston and her J.D. degree from St. Louis University. MICHAEL W. PHILLIPS has worked for 17 years at the Oklahoma City law firm of Ryan Bisher Ryan, where he has served as a litigation attorney focusing on automobile accidents and insurance law. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court; the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals; the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma; and the Northern District of Indiana. Mr. Phillips is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Association for Justice and the Oklahoma Bar Association, and has served as a guest instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He earned his B.A. degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa.
