N. LANCE BRYAN is an attorney with Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson, L.L.P., where he practices civil litigation with an emphasis on electric utility litigation, employment and labor law, and environmental litigation. Mr. Bryan also has extensive experience in commercial foreclosures, receiverships and complex collection actions. He is a frequent lecturer at education seminars for lawyers and clients, and has written numerous publications on employment topics and related matters. Mr. Bryan is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American bar associations, and the State Bar of Texas. He is a former certified volunteer mediator with the Oklahoma Alternative Dispute Resolution System. Mr. Bryan earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Oklahoma State University, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member of the Board of Advocates. MARK A. CRAIGE is a shareholder and director of the Tulsa law firm of Morrel Saffa Craige, P.C. Mr. Craige's practice is devoted to insolvency, reorganization and related areas with primary emphasis on Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations and business Chapter 7 cases and bankruptcy litigation. He has been counsel of record in some 30 reported cases on bankruptcy law issues. Mr. Craige has been board-certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification for more than 17 years, and was a member of their board of directors for more than 10 years, where he held several different offices including president and chairman. He was inducted as a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy in 2000, and also has been an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute for more than 15 years where he has worked on several national committees. Mr. Craige was named as one of the Best Lawyers in America and one of the Super Lawyers in Oklahoma in 2008, 2009 and 2010. He is a frequent lecturer at continuing education seminars on bankruptcy and insolvency topics, and has published numerous articles on a variety of topics. Mr. Craige received the Oklahoma Bar Association's Earl Sneed award as the outstanding contributor to continuing legal education in the State of Oklahoma. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa Law School. BRUCE A. SPENCE is the managing attorney of Spence Law Office, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of corporate and civil litigation; foreclosure; real estate and landlord-tenant litigation; construction contract and lien foreclosure litigation; creditor bankruptcy; commercial collections; and estate and trust litigation. He is a frequent presenter at continuing education seminars. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Spence worked as an architect and was a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Oklahoma and Missouri and federal courts of Oklahoma, Minnesota and Arizona, and he is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma bar associations, and The Missouri Bar. Mr. Spence earned his B.S. degree from Kansas State University and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa. GRAY M. STRICKLAND is the owner of The Strickland Law Firm P.C., in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he practices in the areas of construction law, business litigation and real estate development. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and before the U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit. Mr. Strickland earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Oklahoma and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta (law school honor society). He received the American Jurisprudence Award in Trusts (number one student).
