JASON M. KRETH is an attorney with Phillips Murrah P.C., in the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Kreth focuses his practice in the areas of banking and financial services law, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, foreclosure and repossession, commercial transactions, litigation and trial practice, and product liability. He represents clients in a wide array of real property disputes ranging from forcible entry and detainer actions to quite title matters and disputes between residents and their property owners' associations. Mr. Kreth is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Mr. Kreth earned his B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. STEPHEN J. MORIARTY is a shareholder and director with the Oklahoma City law firm of Fellers, Snider, Blankenship, Bailey & Tippens, P.C. Mr. Moriarty's practice is centered on bankruptcy matters, including debtor, creditor and committee representation. He was extensively involved in the representation of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in matters arising from the failure of Penn Square Bank. Mr. Moriarty represented FDIC claims in numerous bankruptcy cases and workouts. In addition, he was counsel on several cases involving loan participations. Mr. Moriarty was lead trial and appellate counsel for FDIC in In re Continental Resources Corp, the leading case on interpretation of the respective rights of loan participants to common collateral. He has served as court-appointed receiver in a number of cases brought by the Oklahoma Department of Securities and Commodity Futures Trading Commission against entities and individuals operating Ponzi schemes. A graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, Mr. Moriarty is a member of the Bankruptcy sections of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. O. SAUL REID is a sole practitioner in Oklahoma City with the firm of O. Saul Reid, P.C. Mr. Reid's firm focuses on real estate and corporate matters, wind energy development, mortgages and contracts, title examination, probate and estate law, lender law, curative title actions and title insurance underwriting problems, and general civil and complex commercial litigation and defense. His firm also handles bankruptcy matters, with extensive experience in the foreclosure of conventional commercial and residential FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA real estate mortgages statewide; deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure; commercial loan packaging; syndication; closing and subjects related to such practice throughout Oklahoma and surrounding states. Mr. Reid is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and before the U.S. District Court for the Western, Northern and Eastern districts of Oklahoma. He earned his B.B.A., M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Reid also holds an Oklahoma title insurer's license. He is a member of the Real Property Section and the Oklahoma Title Standards Committee of the Oklahoma Bar Association and a member of the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma City Real Property Lawyers Association.
