PAUL E. BLEVINS is a sole practitioner with Blevins Law Office, Inc. His main area of practice is family law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Centenary College of Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University. DAVID W. ECHOLS is a partner in the law firm of Echols and Associates, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of child custody, alimony, premarital agreements, paternity, domestic violence, family law and domestic relations. Mr. Echols earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from Oklahoma City University. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and also a member of the American Bar Association (Family Law Section), the Oklahoma Bar Association (past chair and member, Family Law Section), the Cleveland County Bar Association, and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. M. EILEEN ECHOLS is the managing partner in the law firm of Echols and Associates, where she devotes her practice to family law, domestic relations law, child custody, child sexual abuse, child support, grandparents custody, grandparents visitation rights, juvenile criminal law, interstate child custody, international child custody, parental rights, visitation rights and entertainment law. She is a former special district judge of the Family Law Division of Oklahoma County, where she was twice named as Outstanding Judge by the Family Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Ms. Echols earned her B.S. degree from Central State University and his J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University.
