MARSHALL BASHAM is an attorney at the law firm of Boettcher & Lobaugh, where he focuses his practice in the area of Social Security disability. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and his J.D. and M.A. degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Basham was an Associate District Judge for six years for Pottawatomie County. JAMES R. LINEHAN has more than 20 years of experience in preparation of complex cases. His practice is focused on successfully representing complex claims and federal appeals for social security claimants, federal employees, and veterans nationwide. Mr. Linehan represents individuals on claims and appeals before the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, U.S. Office of Personnel Management and Merit Systems Protection Board, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Social Security Administration. He was invited by Congress to appear before the U.S. Congressional Committee of Government Reform 2000 to present summary testimony of oversight findings and recommendations for the reform of the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers' Compensation programs. Mr. Linehan has been a pioneer in the establishment of a "cyber" law practice by utilizing internet and computer technology to represent claimants nationwide in various federal claims and appeals. He also has been recognized as a leading solo firm in adopting complete Cloud based Saas Law management practice. Mr. Linehan is admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th and 10th Circuits, U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals and various Federal and state courts in Oklahoma. SARA G. MURPHY is the owner/principal attorney for Day Edwards Propester & Christensen PC, where her practice focuses on estate planning, elder law and Medicaid planning, Veteran's benefits, tax planning, guardianships, probates and business matters. Ms. Murphy gives frequent seminars throughout the state on estate planning, asset protection and business information. She also is an adjunct professor and teaches courses on business ethics, legal environment of business, professional communication and presentations, and responsibility for the future. Ms. Murphy is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state courts and the Western, Northern and Eastern district courts of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Oklahoma and American bar associations, and the WealthCounsel, a nationwide organization of estate planning attorneys. Ms. Murphy earned her B.S. degree, with honors, from East Central University and her J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma, where she was a member of the American Indian Law Review.
