NATHAN E. BARNARD is a sole practitioner and owner of Barnard Law Firm, PLC. He has been practicing law since 1992 and currently practices in the areas of Social Security disability and personal injury claims. Mr. Barnard earned his B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Oklahoma City University. He is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma bar associations, Oklahoma Association for Justice, and a sustaining member of the National Organization for Social Security Claimants' Representatives. CHRIS M. HUNT is a sole practitioner, with offices in Tulsa and Grove, Oklahoma. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives, the National Organization of Veteran Advocates and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mr. Hunt is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. He is also admitted to all of the Oklahoma federal courts, the U.S. District Courts of Western Missouri, Western Arkansas, the Northern District of Texas, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims. He has represented Social Security claimants in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas for more than 15 years. Mr. Hunt earned his B. S. degree from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University. TIMOTHY M. WHITE is the owner of AAA Disability Advocates, P.C., where he focuses his practice in the areas of Social Security disability and veteran's disability law. He received his B.A. degree from Central State University; his B.S. degree from Northeastern State University; and his M.A. degree, in history, and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa. Mr. White is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (NOSSCR), the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA) and the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is a certified practitioner with the Department of Veteran's Affairs. Mr. White is admitted to the Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claims (CAVC). In addition to an extensive administrative law practice, Mr. White's firm also has an active federal court practice in multiple district courts in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits. Since 2001, Mr. White has had nine published cases.
