LEIF E. SWEDLOW is a shareholder in the Oklahoma City law firm of Andrews Davis, where he primarily handles business litigation and appeals in state and federal courts. He also advises on contracts and legal issues relating to information technology. Mr. Swedlow's experience includes general commercial and employment litigation, and a substantial concentration on information technology law matters, such as internet and e-commerce transactions, outsourcing, software licensing and intellectual property. Prior to joining the firm, he served as in-house counsel to a successful business-to-business e-commerce company. Mr. Swedlow wrote "Three Paradigms of Presence: A Solution for Personal Jurisdiction on the Internet," 22 O.C.U. Law Review 337 (1997). He serves as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University School of Law, having also taught CLE courses on internet-based legal research. Mr. Swedlow earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Oklahoma City University. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas, and is admitted in the federal courts for all districts in Oklahoma, the Northern District of Texas and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
