DAVID W. ECHOLS is a partner in the law firm of Echols and Associates, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of child custody, alimony, premarital agreements, paternity, domestic violence, family law and domestic relations. Mr. Echols earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from Oklahoma City University. EILEEN ECHOLS is the managing partner in the law firm of Echols and Associates, where she devotes her practice to family law, domestic relations law, child custody, child sexual abuse, child support, grandparents custody, grandparents visitation rights, juvenile criminal law, interstate child custody, international child custody, parental rights, visitation rights and entertainment law. Ms. Echols earned her B.S. degree from Central State University and her J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University. She is a member of the Oklahoma County, Cleveland County, Oklahoma and American bar associations, the American Judges Association and the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association. KENDALL W. JOHNSON is a partner in the Tulsa law firm of Savage O'Donnell Affeldt Weintraub & Johnson, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, probate, wills, trusts and general litigation. Mr. Johnson earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Oral Roberts University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa. He is an adjunct faculty member at Oral Roberts University. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association; The Missouri Bar; the Tulsa County Bar Association (member, Family Law Section); and the Choctaw Nation, Cherokee Nation and Muscogee (Creek) Nation bar associations. DONELLE H. RATHEAL is president of Donelle H. Ratheal, P.C., where she practices in the areas of domestic relations litigation, civil litigation, business law and succession planning for small business. Ms. Ratheal received her B.M. degree from the University of Denver, her M.M. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma. She is a previous adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she taught legal writing and research.
