MAC D. FINLAYSON has been engaged in the private practice of law in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for over thirty years and is with the firm of Morrel Saffa Craige, P.C. Mr. Finlayson's practice emphasizes commercial litigation, creditors' rights and bankruptcy law, and he is nationally recognized for his expertise in the defense of guarantors of student loans in bankruptcy dischargeability adversary proceedings. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Drury College and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Finlayson is licensed to practice before the courts of the State of Oklahoma, the federal district and bankruptcy courts of Oklahoma and Arkansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is board certified by the American Board of Certification as one of only three “triple-certified” attorneys in the United States in Creditors' Rights Law, Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law, and has been conferred the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Finlayson also is an officer and director of the American Board of Certification. He is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations and their respective Bankruptcy and Reorganization Sections, the American Bar Association (Section of Business Law), the American Bankruptcy Institute (Commercial Fraud Task Force), the Commercial Law League of America (Bankruptcy and Insolvency and Creditors' Rights Sections) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Finlayson also is past-President of the Tulsa Area Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners. He frequently lectures on issues involving collections, commercial litigation, business and consumer bankruptcy and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. DAVID H. HERROLD is a shareholder and director with Sneed Lang Herrold PC, where his main areas of practice are collections, bankruptcy and civil litigation. Mr. Herrold has previously lectured in his main areas of practice. He is a member of the American, Oklahoma and Tulsa County bar associations. Mr. Herrold earned his B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. BRIAN L. MITCHELL is a partner at the law firm of Neuens Mitchell Freese PLLC, where his expertise is in business and commercial law, real estate, construction law, bankruptcy law, and general civil litigation. Mr. Mitchell's litigation experience includes hearings and trials in state and federal courts, and representation of employers before administrative agencies. He is a licensed member of the Oklahoma, Tulsa County, and American bar associations. Mr. Mitchell is recognized in the Oklahoma Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2008 and 2009 with a designation in construction litigation. He earned his associate degree in English literature and B.S. degree in criminal justice administration from Missouri Southern State University, and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa. TIMOTHY T. TRUMP is a partner with the Tulsa law firm of Conner & Winters, LLP, where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy, collections and commercial litigation. Mr. Trump has more than 25 years of litigation and bankruptcy experience. He has represented numerous Chapter 11 debtors that were engaged in manufacturing, real estate, retail sales, publishing, oil and gas, and professional services. Mr. Trump regularly represents individual creditors, banks and creditor committees. He is board-certified by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification in the areas of business and consumer bankruptcy law. Mr. Trump is a frequent continuing legal education lecturer in the areas of bankruptcy, asset protection planning and collection. He is a member of the Tulsa County (member, Bankruptcy Section), Oklahoma and American bar associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Trump is also an adjunct professor for the University of Phoenix and the Tulsa Community College. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Kansas.
