WILLIAM MARK BONNEY is a solo practitioner in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and he currently serves as the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. He was appointed in 1989 as the Chapter 13 Trustee and also to the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees, where he served for five years. He received a bachelor's degree in economics in 1984 from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. degree in 1987 from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While at OU, he served as a teaching assistant in economics for three years. Mr. Bonney is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Muskogee County Bar Association, the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. He is a founding member of the Oklahoma Coalition of Consumer Advocates. Mr. Bonney served as president of the Muskogee County Bar Association from 1990 to 1991. He has served on the Government Relations, Editorial and Staff Symposium committees of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. He is actively engaged in community service, spending many years on boards of charitable organizations. CHARLES S. GLIDEWELL is the Assistant U.S. Trustee in the Western District of Oklahoma, Region 20. DOUGLAS N. GOULD is the principal of Douglas N. Gould, P.L.C., in Oklahoma City. Since 1982, he has focused his areas of practice on bankruptcy and insolvency law. Mr. Gould is board certified in business bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification. He is a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Oklahoma. He received his B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University. Mr. Gould is a member of the Oklahoma County and Oklahoma bar associations. HON. NILES L. JACKSON is a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. JOHN D. MASHBURN is a partner in the Edmond firm of Garvin, Agee, Carlton & Mashburn, P.C., where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, business and commercial litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, bankruptcy, mediation, and appellate practice. Mr. Mashburn is a U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee for the Western District of Oklahoma, and he has been a certified mediator since 2003. He earned his B.S. degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Mashburn is a member of the Oklahoma County and Oklahoma bar associations. MODERATOR - LAYLA J. DOUGHERTY is an attorney with the law firm of Mock, Schwabe, Waldo, Elder, Reeves & Bryant LLC, in Oklahoma City. Her principal areas of practice have been litigation, appellate work, bankruptcy and collections. Ms. Dougherty received her B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma and her J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She is a member of the Oklahoma, Federal and American bar associations and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western districts of Oklahoma, as well as the Tenth Circuit of the United States. Ms. Dougherty is a member of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, a member of the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and past president of the Oklahoma City Commercial Lawyers Association (2006 to 2008).
