R.V. TERRY FUNK is a sole practitioner in Tulsa. He has defended or attended depositions for more than 30 years. His practice has included civil litigation, toxic torts, environmental and personal injury, as well as criminal law and military law. Mr. Funk was a USMC JAG certified attorney from 1977 to 1994, is a past instructor at Tulsa Community College where he taught business law and has lectured on other legal topics. THERESA N. HILL is a partner with Rhodes, Hieronymus, Jones, Tucker & Gable. Her areas of emphasis include complex civil litigation, construction law and environmental law. Ms. Hill is the author of several publications addressing construction issues in Oklahoma, including authorship of the Oklahoma-specific chapters of "State-by-State Guide to Construction Contracts and Claims" and "Fifty State Construction Lien and Bond Law." She is regularly featured as an instructor in seminars on construction law. Ms. Hill earned her B.A. degree from the University of Victoria, British Columbia. During law school at the University of Oklahoma, her honors included the award of Dean's Scholarship. WILLIAM R. McMAHON JR. is a sole practitioner in the Tulsa law firm of William R. McMahon, Attorney at Law, where he practices in the areas of insurance, civil litigation, oil and gas. Mr. McMahon is a frequent speaker at various legal education seminars. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Tulsa. Mr. McMahon is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma bar associations.
