KRISTIE KARL is an attorney in the Cincinnati law firm of Brinkman & Associates. An attorney for more than 10 years, Ms. Karl practices exclusively in the area of family law. She is a member of the Cincinnati and Kentucky bar associations. Ms. Karl earned her B.A. degree from Thomas More College and her J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. JAMES H. MOSKOWITZ is a partner of the Cincinnati law firm of Moskowitz & Moskowitz LLC, where he practices in the areas of domestic relations and civil practice. He earned his B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Mr. Moskowitz is an OSBA Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State and American bar associations. He currently serves as the chairperson of the Cincinnati Bar Association Domestic Relations Committee. He also is a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Mr. Moskowitz also has served on the workgroup on Collaborative Family Law reporting to the Supreme Court subcommittee on Alternative Dispute Resolution. BRIAN N. STRETCHER, J.D., Ph.D., is a sole practitioner in Cincinnati. Mr. Stretcher has been an attorney for more than 12 years and focuses his practice on domestic relations and criminal law in all four southwest Ohio counties. He has previously lectured for National Business Institute on divorce issues. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, where he currently sits on the Lawyer Referral Service Advisory Committee, and is the immediate past chair of the Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law. Mr. Stretcher earned his B.S. degree from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, his Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
