HON. RUTH ANN FRANKS is a judge in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. HON. JAMES D. JENSEN is a judge in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. HON. ROBERT C. POLLEX is a judge in the Wood County Court of Common Pleas. HON. GENE A. ZMUDA is a judge in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. MODERATOR - JOHN A. COBLE is an attorney with Albrechta & Coble, Ltd., where his primary practice areas include: personal injury, general litigation, estate planning, probate administration, guardianships, wealth preservation and power of attorney issues. Mr. Coble is a graduate of Ohio's Miami University. He attended the University of Toledo College of Law and was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1984.
