JENNIFER L. LILE is a director with Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Company, L.P.A., where her main areas of practice are estate and special needs planning, trust, probate and elder law. Ms. Lile speaks to community groups on topics such as estate planning, special needs planning and elder law and is a frequent lecturer to attorneys and other professionals through various bar associations and organizations such as National Business Institute. She is a contributing author to articles published in the Probate Law Journal of Ohio and has been recognized as an Ohio Rising Star (2010) by Cincinnati magazine, Ohio Super Lawyers, ® Rising Stars Edition and superlawyers.com. Ms. Lile is a member of the American, the Ohio State and Stark County bar associations. She is currently serving as co-chairperson of the Stark County Bar Association Elder Law committee and is an active member of the Probate Practice Committee. She earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Kent State University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law. DANIEL J. MCGUIRE is a trust director and senior vice president with PNC Bank's Wealth Management. He focuses on the wealth management needs of clients with an emphasis on estate planning. Prior to joining National City in 1998, which is now a part of PNC Bank, Mr. McGuire was engaged in the private practice of law for ten years, primarily practicing in the areas of estate and succession planning, and elder law. He has spoken at seminars for attorneys, addressing estate planning for clients in life changes and cross-generational and charitable gift planning. McGuire also has spoken at seminars for the general public, educating attendees on the probate process, estate planning techniques, retirement planning and the recent changes in income and estate taxation laws. He earned his B.A. degree from the College of Wooster and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Mr. McGuire is a licensed attorney in Ohio and Florida, and is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan bar associations and The Florida Bar, as well as Cleveland's Estate Planning Council. ELIZABETH L. PERLA is an attorney with the Law Offices of Randall M. Perla, where her main areas of practice are elder law, probate, and family law. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and serves on the Young/New Attorneys Section Steering Committee. In addition, Ms. Perla is a member of the Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Law sections of the Ohio State Bar Association, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude and with honors distinction, from the Ohio State University, and her J.D. degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was on the Law Review. PATRICIA J. SCHRAFF is a principal in the Willoughby law firm of Schraff & King Co., LPA, where her practice is devoted primarily to elder law, and estate planning and probate. Ms. Schraff also is a licensed independent social worker. She is a frequent speaker on legal issues related to older persons. Ms. Schraff earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from John Carroll University, her M.S.S.A. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Applied Social Sciences and her J.D. degree from Cleveland State University, Marshall College of Law. She is a member of the Geauga County, Lake County, Cleveland and Ohio State (member, Probate and Trust Law and Elder Law sections) bar associations, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Schraff also is a board member of the Association of Specialists on Aging, the Lake County Council on Aging, the Long Term Care Ombudsman and the Consortium Against Adult Abuse.
