MICHAEL A. BROWN is a partner with the law firm of Beckman Weil Shepardson LLC, where he practices in the areas of commercial real estate, real estate title insurance and zoning law. Mr. Brown has previously lectured for National Business Institute on real estate matters. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Brown is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Round Table. JOHN L. DUNN is a partner with the law firm of Dunn & Brown LLP. An attorney for more than 25 years, Mr. Dunn has drafted and negotiated thousands of commercial leases, closed over one hundred sales and acquisitions, and shepherded retail developments and redevelopments. He began his career with the legal department of Kimco Realty Corporation, where he created a legal team to support 951 properties and 183 million square feet of retail space. After 18 years with Kimco, he was recruited to join Colonial Properties in Birmingham, Alabama. As Senior Vice President of Colonial, Mr. Dunn completely restructured its retail department while representing the landlord in leasing its retail properties. He relocated to Cincinnati in 2008 to form Dunn & Brown LLP. Mr. Dunn earned his B.A. degree from Niagara College, and his J.D. degree from Hofstra University. STEPHEN G. NESBITT is an attorney with Strauss & Troy, LPA. Mr. Nesbitt practices in the areas of real estate development, construction, finance and leasing, commercial transactions and litigation, and business law. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky bar associations. Mr. Nesbitt earned his B.S. degree from Miami University, and his J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
