EDMONDE DEGREGORIO is an attorney at the law firm of Aronoff, Rosen & Hunt, LPA and president of Tri-State Land Title Agency, Inc. Mr. DeGregorio works in commercial real estate, title insurance, construction and commercial leasing. He is a licensed title agent in Ohio and Kentucky. He earned his B.A. degree from Columbia University and his J.D. degree from Boston University. THOMAS W. KENDO JR. is a licensed attorney and counselor of law in the state of Ohio. He also is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Kendo is the president of the Centerville law firm of Thomas W. Kendo, Jr. Co., L.P.A. His primary areas of practice are real estate, estate planning and probate law, with a concentration in litigation. Mr. Kendo earned his B.A. degree from Washington and Jefferson College and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. He is a member of the Dayton, Clark County, Ohio State and American bar associations. Mr. Kendo is the chairman of the Real Property Committee of the Dayton Bar Association, a position which he has held five times. He received the Outstanding Committee Leadership Award in 2009. Mr. Kendo is a licensed title insurance agent in the state of Ohio. He is a member of the American, Ohio, and Miami Valley (past president) Land Title associations. Mr. Kendo is a frequent speaker for the Dayton Area Board of Realtors, the Dayton Bar Association, the Women's Counsel of Realtors, the Greater Dayton Real Estate Investor's Association and National Business Institute. He also has taught real estate and probate law for the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and Sinclair Community College. DAVID F. ROBERTSON JR. is the managing partner of the Cincinnati law firm of Robertson, Geiser & Longano, LLC and president of All Quest Title Agency. Mr. Robertson has been an attorney for more than ten years and practices in the areas of real estate transactions and litigation, foreclosure defense, short sales, loan modifications, probate, and domestic relations law. He is a member of the Butler County and Cincinnati bar associations. Mr. Robertson earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Northwestern University Law School. DAVID L. VAN SLYKE is an attorney with Plunkett Cooney, P.C., in the firm's Columbus office, where his practice areas include general litigation, title insurance litigation, and banking and finance law. As a member of the firm's title insurance practice group, Mr. Van Slyke's clients include insured owners and lenders under title insurance policies and title insurance companies in escrow defalcations, coverage matters and closing protection letters. As a member of the business law group, he represents clients in commercial litigation, including loan workouts and due-diligence reviews. Mr. Van Slyke also has been involved in litigation involving wrongful death, fraud and white collar crime. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Baldwin-Wallace College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Mr. Van Slyke is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State and American bar associations.
