RICHARD A. CLINE is of counsel to the law firm of Mitchell + Pencheff, Fraley, Catalano & Boda L.P.A., where he practices in the areas of criminal law, ethics defense and professional license defense. He has previously lectured on ethics and trial practice. Mr. Cline earned his B.A. and B.S. degrees from Kent State University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Ohio State Bar Association (Criminal Justice Committee). Mr. Cline is a Criminal Justice Act Representative to the Southern District of Ohio, and was named a 2009 Super Lawyer in Ohio. J. QUINN DORGAN is an attorney in the Columbus office of Weston Hurd LLP, where his practice is focused on appellate work, commercial litigation, employment law and insurance defense. He is a member of the Columbus, Federal and Ohio State Bar Associations. Mr. Dorgan earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. After law school, he served in the Major Appeals Group of the Ohio Attorney General's Office and then as a law clerk for Justice Terrence O'Donnell of the Supreme Court of Ohio. HON. JUDITH L. FRENCH is one of eight judges on the10th District Court of Appeals, which hears appeals from Franklin County courts and certain state administrative agencies. She was elected to a six-year term in November 2004. Judge French served as administrative judge in 2007 and 2008 and as presiding judge in 2009. Prior to taking the bench, she served as Chief Legal Counsel to Ohio Gov. Bob Taft and was previously Deputy Director for Legal Affairs for the Ohio EPA and Chief Counsel and Assistant Attorney General for the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Judge French earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from The Ohio State University. She earned her law degree from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law. CHAD A. READLER is a partner in the Columbus office of Jones Day. Mr. Readler handles civil, criminal, and constitutional matters, with an emphasis on appellate litigation. He speaks annually on the U.S. and Ohio Supreme Courts and recently spoke on appellate advocacy at the biannual 6th Circuit conference. Mr. Readler is a member of the Federalist Society's Litigation Practice Group and a past co-chair of the Columbus Bar Association's Federal Courts Committee. He was listed as one of 2008's "Best Lawyers in Columbus" in the area of appellate law by Columbus Business First magazine. Mr. Readler earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Michigan.
