THOMAS L. COLALUCA is the principal of The Colaluca Law Firm LLC. Mr. Colaluca represents employers throughout Ohio and Florida in both state and federal courts. His practice focuses in the areas of labor/employment and business and complex litigation with special emphasis on traditional labor matters in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Colaluca routinely handles issues involving union and employment matters, collective bargaining and representation before various administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board. He is an adjunct lecturer in business law at Lake Erie College and in American Government at Cuyahoga Community College. He co-wrote "Future of Affirmative Action: The Legal Imperative Nationally and the Ohio Experience," for Cleveland State Law Review. Mr. Colaluca earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, in philosophy from St. Bonaventure University, his M.A. degree in government from Georgetown University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. STEPHEN W. FUNK is a partner with the Akron law firm of Roetzel & Andress, L.P.A., where he practices in business and public law litigation, land use and zoning law. Mr. Funk is board-certified in Appellate Law by the Ohio Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Prior to joining Roetzel & Andress, L.P.A., he was a trial attorney and senior litigation counsel with the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in defending against constitutional challenges to the policies and actions of federal agencies. He is a member of the Akron (past chair, Federal Courts Committee), Ohio State, Federal (Board of Directors, Northern District of Ohio Chapter) and American bar associations. Mr. Funk is a member of the advisory group for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, where he co-chairs the Committee on Civil Rules. Mr. Funk earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Miami University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School. BRYAN P. O'MALLEY is an Assistant Director of Law with the City of North Olmsted, where he has worked as in-house counsel to boards and commissions since 2002, and has provided advice on matters of planning and zoning. He is currently "of counsel" with the law firm of Valore & Cruse in Fairview Park. Mr. O'Malley served as City Prosecutor for the City of North Olmsted from 1998 to 2001 and for the City of Westlake from 1990 to 1998. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and a past president of the Cuyahoga County Law Directors Association. Mr. O'Malley earned his B.S. degree from Ohio University in 1984 and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1988. LEIGH S. PRUGH is an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Portage County Prosecutor's Office. Ms. Prugh provides legal counsel and handles civil prosecution for the Portage County Board of Commissioners, engineers, water resources department, building department, health district, solid waste district, regional planning commission, and several other county subdivisions. She has represented clients in various stages of litigation at the trial court level, in the 11th District Court of Appeals, and in the Ohio Supreme Court. Ms. Prugh also has conducted in-service trainings for Portage County employees. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Ms. Prugh earned her B.A. degree from Miami University and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. BRIAN A. REALI is the Law Director for the City of Stow, Ohio, where his work includes criminal prosecution, zoning and planning, drafting legislation, contract review and advising department heads. Prior to becoming law director, Mr. Reali was Deputy Law Director for the City of Stow. He is also a Judge Advocate with the Ohio Army National Guard and a former Assistant Prosecutor for Coshocton County. He earned his B.A. degree from Mount Union College and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law.
