DONALD H. CHAPIN is the president of National Eligibility Solutions, Inc. Mr. Chapin holds the designation of Certified Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Law Foundation. He speaks before groups of all ages and occupations about the issues of aging in America. With real case histories and examples of how the system works, Mr. Chapin explores the complexities of income balancing, Medicare D plans, Medicaid, nursing homes, elder abuse and end-of-life issues. He has a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University. He spent more than 20 years as an international business executive in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Chapin matriculated at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, and graduated from Windsor Law School. After several years as a trial lawyer, he began representing seniors in the field of elder law. TIMOTHY P. JARVIS is the principal of the Jarvis Law Office, LLC, in Lancaster. Mr. Jarvis focuses his practice on elder law and estate planning. In addition to being an attorney, he is a certified financial planner. Mr. Jarvis was previously an adjunct professor at Xavier University, where he taught investment classes in the Certified Financial Planner program. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Jarvis earned his B.B.A. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University.
