PATRICIA B. FUGÉE is a partner in the Toledo office of Roetzel & Andress, L.P.A., where she practices in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial litigation. She has been practicing law for more than 18 years and has spoken at seminars and other programs on a variety of bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues for various organizations, including the American Bankruptcy Institute; the Ohio State, Toledo, New Jersey State and Essex County bar associations; and the Bankruptcy Inn of Court in Newark, New Jersey. Ms. Fugée earned her B.A. degree from Wellesley College and her J.D. degree, with high honors, from Rutgers University-Camden. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, Toledo Bar Association (in which she served as chair of the Bankruptcy Committee for two years) and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Fugée also is a member of Zonta International. PATRICIA KOVACS is a sole practitioner in Toledo, where her areas of practice include bankruptcy and debtors for individuals and businesses. Ms. Kovacs is licensed in federal and state courts for the Northern District of Ohio. She has lectured to various professional groups on the topic of bankruptcy, and is a former trustee on the panel for the Northern District of Ohio. Ms. Kovacs is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the Ohio and Toledo (former chair of the Bankruptcy Committee) bar associations. She earned her B.A. degree, J.D. degree and Master in Public Administration degree from the University of Toledo. BARRY E. SAVAGE is a sole practitioner in Toledo. Mr. Savage has been an attorney for more than 45 years and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, banking law, bankruptcy, business law, real estate and financial services law. He is a member of the Toledo and American bar associations. Mr. Savage earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Michigan.
