December 12 - Youngstown JAMES B. DIETZ is a partner in the law firm of Friedman & Rummell Co., L.P.A. in Youngstown, where his primary areas of practice include probate, estate planning, business and real estate. He has been certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law. Mr. Dietz earned his B.S. degree from the University of Dayton and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo. He is a member of the Mahoning County, Trumbull County, and Ohio State bar associations, and is a frequent lecturer on a variety of estate planning and probate topics. WILLIAM M. FLEVARES is an attorney in the Warren law firm of Turner May & Shepherd. Mr. Flevares has been an attorney for more than 15 years and focuses his practice on probate and estate planning. He has previously lectured for National Business Institute on probate matters. AUSSEM is a partner with Cavitch Familo & Durkin Co., LPA, and focuses his practice primarily in succession planning, business, and estates and trusts. Mr. Aussem is a sought-after speaker, facilitator and instructor for many professional organizations on topics such as business succession, estate planning, insurance, and trusts and estates. He has spoken at the Cleveland Estate Planning Institute, the AICPA Advanced Planning Institute, the Cleveland Tax Institute, the Ohio Accounting Show, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Northern Ohio Planned Giving Day.
